We will refund the cost of the course for the person who did not pass the exam if

  1. They scored an 80% or better on each of the certification study guide courses. (Come on, we are only asking for a B!)
  2. They took the certification exam within 30 days of completing the training – Do it while it's fresh!
  3. You have to be a client of Big Sur Training, it was bought directly from Big Sur Training. (Not some guy on the street, or a friend of a friend sort of thing)

To claim your refund you have to do some specific things, best if our lawyer explains below. Here are the specific Certifications we cover – even the PMP certification, unheard of!!!

And now the details...

The Big Sur Training Quality Guarantee is your assurance that our courses will truly help prepare your employees and consultants to pass the certification exams that are covered by the Big Sur Training course series on the certification topic. If your employee or consultant fails to pass a certification exam after completing the appropriate Big Sur Training course series, Big Sur Training will refund the cost of the course paid by You to Big Sur Training with respect to the employee or consultant who failed the exam. To be eligible to receive a refund:

  1. The exam taker must have received an overall score of at least 80% on each of the Big Sur Training skill assessment tests that appear in each course within the applicable series of courses;
  2. The exam taker must complete the certification exam at an approved testing center within 30 days of completing the appropriate Big Sur Training series of courses; and
  3. The Company must send Big Sur Training, via first class mail within ten days of a failed exam, (i) printed copies of the scores for each Big Sur Training skill assessment test within the course series, (ii) a signed copy of the complete and original test score sheet from the authorized testing center containing the exam taker's name, the certification exam taken, the date the exam was taken and the failed exam score; and (iii) the exam taker's complete business address including city, state and postal/zip code (no P. O. boxes please).

All refund requests must be mailed to Big Sur Training, Attn: Course Refunds, 4631 Woodland Corporate Blvd. | Suite 110 | Tampa, FL 33614. The amount refunded will be the per user subscrtiption cost attributable to the Big Sur Training End User, Technical or Custom Subscription Plan which contains the course series related to the failed exam. The costs paid with respect to any such subscription for any one individual will only be refunded once. All eligible refunds will be prorated to reflect any sale, bundle or discounted pricing and shall exclude any fees paid to Big Sur Training for the licensing of third party products.

Big Sur Training reserves the right to suspend, terminate or change the terms and conditions of its Quality Guarantee Program at anytime. Big Sur Training failure to insist on or enforce strict performance of this Quality Guarantee Program shall not be construed as a waiver by Big Sur Training. This shall not be interpreted to confer any rights or remedies on any third parties.
